Procedure

     Thank you for choosing limoselect. The following details the procedure to find your limousine at the Montreal-Dorval airport. If you requested a greeting service, the driver will guide you every step of the way. Just keep our phone number on hand in case if you miss the driver or your connection flight.

     To get your car service at the Montreal-Dorval international airport, go to the limousine dispatch booth located on the sidewalk, outside the airport building. Identify yourself to the dispatch, an airport employee, and ask for your limoselect. Your limousine will arrive in the next two minutes. The car is already there, but for practical reason, we can not park in front of the door. If you don't see your chauffeur please call us toll free 1 866 943-7952 and we will locate him for you, failure to contact us, hold client responsible and will be consider as no show and charged at full rate reserved.

Policies (for the sedan service)

     The following policies are for a sedan service. They do not apply to holidays, the Grand prix period, graduations or weddings.

    In Montreal, for a reservation between 9:00am and 11:00pm, there will be no charge for a cancellation or a modification done at least 2 hours before the reserve pickup time. For a night or morning reservation between 11:00 pm and 9:00am, we will ask to receive the cancellation or the modification before 9:00pm the eve. Outside Montreal, it will be the same plus the traveling, for instance Mont Tremblant would be 4 hours. If this delay is not respected, we will bill you the total amount of the transfer.

     We allow 15 minutes for a pick up. For an airport pick up, we will give 30 minutes for a domestic arrival, 45 minutes for an International arrival. After, the car will remain on site but we will charge waiting time at the usual hourly rate. We can track your flight, and the late arrival of a commercial flight is not considered a delay.

     If you don't see your chauffeur, please call us toll free at 1 866 943-7952 and we will locate him for you. If you fail to contact us, you will be held responsible, considered a no show and charged a full service.
